Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (18 unless configured higher) and must not be resident in a jurisdiction we do not serve. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2. Verification

Age and identity verification is required before play and before withdrawal. We may request further documentation to meet legal obligations.

3. Game rules and settlement

Blackjack rules for each table are published at the table. All game outcomes are determined by our servers; the result recorded server-side is final. Where a technical fault affects a hand, the hand may be voided and stakes returned.

4. Funds

Player funds are recorded in a double-entry ledger. We do not offer credit and no interest is paid. Withdrawals may be delayed while compliance checks are completed.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Automated play, bots, or exploiting software faults.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's identity or funds.
• Using the service from a restricted jurisdiction, including via VPN.

6. Suspension and closure

We may restrict, suspend or close an account where required by law, where fraud or abuse is suspected, or at your request. You may close your account at any time.

7. Complaints and governing law

Complaints are handled under our complaints policy. Governing law, jurisdiction and the approved alternative dispute resolution body are set by the operating entity and will be stated here once licensing is confirmed.
